Some files on the RIHEAA web site are made available in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). Files of this type are indicated with the symbol.

You must have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed in order to view these files. The reader is available for free from Adobe's web site. The following are instructions for downloading and installing it:

1. Go to www.adobe.com/acrobat/readstep.html
2. Complete the registration form and download the free Acrobat Reader.
3. Find the file you downloaded and double-click on it to begin the install process.
4. Once installation is complete, you can click on any PDF links and the files will open correctly.
