College Access Award

The first annual Senator Jack Reed College Access Award was awarded to Mary Ann Welch. Mary Ann received the award on November 16th, 2007 while attending the Rhode Island Higher Education Assistance Authority's 30th Anniversary Recognition Breakfast. The award was presented to Mary Ann by members of her family. Congratulations Mary Ann!!
