Matching Grant Income Guidelines

Below are the 2012 income guidelines, which are based on family size and income. These guidelines will be used to determine eligibility for contributions made to accounts in 2012.1


$2 for $1 (up to $500) Contribution Match

  • Participants eligible for a $2 for $1 match may receive up to $1,000 in matching grants. 2

Adjusted Gross Income of $68,000 or less
If your AGI falls within this range, the Matching Grant Program will match $2 for every $1 you contributed to your child’s CollegeBoundfund account during 2012.  Participants eligible for a $2 for $1 match may receive up to $1,000 in matching grant funds for the specified year.







$1 for $1 (up to $500) Contribution Match

Participants eligible for a $1 for $1 match may receive up to $500 in matching grants.2

Adjusted Gross Income of $68,001 to $83,000:
If your AGI falls within this range, the Matching Grant Program will match $1 for every $1 you contributed to your child’s CollegeBoundfund account during 2012.  Participants eligible for a $1 for $1 match may receive up to $500 in matching grant funds for the specified year.

A note about Public Assistance: If you are enrolled in any public assistance programs, it is your responsibility to determine the effect of your CollegeBoundfund account and the matching grant account on your eligibility for public assistance programs. You should consult a qualified advisor to determine how your college savings plan and/or an award may affect eligibility for state and/or federal benefits.
