Financial Aid Handbook

Each year, RIHEAA publishes a printed Financial Aid Handbook. These books are available at no charge to Rhode Island Residents. You can obtain a handbook by visiting RIHEAA or contacting us by telephone or email.

The majority of the information contained in the handbook can be found on our web site. However, for your convenience, we have published a downloadable copy of the handbook that is suitable for printing on your home computer's printer. If you choose to download and print the handbook, please be aware that the book is approximately 30 pages long. It will take some time to download and print.
